Remote Control (For Replacement)

I received one of the stuff pillows as a gift for my son, its super cute. After a while, we figured out that it had a battery pack inside but didnt know how to operate it. We contacted customer service and they advised its activated only with a remote. They were kind to immediately send us a remote without any charge. Super efficient and friendly.

We ordered two of adorable stuffed animals for our nephews for Eid and only 1 remote was sent. After contacting the company, they immediately sent out a replacement. Customer service was friendly, efficient, and timing was appropriate. Great experience ordering from this company!
