I bought for my grand daughter, upon received my item, the soundbox not working. Message and email to them. Straight away they sent the replacement. Highly recommend.

replacement works perfectly. It’s still it’s reciting perfectly. There’s no hiccups in it and even the process to request and to have one shipped and replaced with easy and I am very thankful that you guys made it easy for me especially since it’s my daughters favorite doll
